Booking Terms

In case of refusal from reserved rooms and other services in 30 and less days prior to accommodation (the beginning of rendering services) if the reserved dates fall on dates of public holidays of Republic of Belarus, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of cost of services.
In other cases the Customer pays:
- at refusal in time from 14 to 10 days inclusive before settling date (the beginning of rendering services) – 10% of cost of services;
- from 9 to 4 days – 50%;
- from 3 to 0 days – 100%.
